Senior Project Manager Heating

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager (minimum 10 years of experience), who will be a driving force in our company, for the proper coordination of several boiler room renovation projects for collective housing and tertiary buildings.

• With the help of our secretariat, you ensure the sale of boiler room renovation missions
• You participate in the design of the hydraulic diagram of the installation
• You organize (delegation, planning and control) the work of back-office project engineers and draftsmen/designers
• You participate in site coordination meetings (planning control, budget control, etc.)
• You write the client report on these projects
• You participate in the commissioning of the installations (the installations that we design, we assume them in the long term through, in particular, performance contracts with certain customers)

• Minimum 10 years' experience in the design and installation of heating systems
• You hold the following approvals: G1, G2, L, PEB heating advisor
• You have a good command of French, both orally and in writing
