Junior bilingual energy auditor (French/Dutch)

To cope with the growth of our business, we are looking for a results-oriented junior energy auditor, tasked with auditing and implementing cost-effective measures in an action plan to improve the energy performance of commercial buildings (offices, hospitals, etc.) in the form of an Energy Performance Contract (EPC).

• You visit commercial buildings and draw up a list of energy saving actions to be implemented (technical description, cost, profitability, etc.).
• You analyze the consumption patterns of a website and identify any deviations.
• You present to the client the cost-saving actions to be taken and provide regular reports with the results actually obtained.
• You design the reference consumption models enabling the implementation of Energy Performance Contracts in accordance with the IPMVP (we make part of our fees conditional on the results actually achieved following the implementation of the audit action plan).
• In collaboration with the operator and the client, you improve the regulation parameters of the installations (BMS control).
• You participate in the commissioning of HVAC renovation project installations (the installations we design, we assume responsibility for over time through, in particular, performance contracts with certain clients).

• Master's degree related to energy and/or sustainability
• Interpersonal skills and sufficient command of Dutch, French and English to communicate orally and in writing with clients
• Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office Suite)
• Initiative and adaptability to diverse situations
• Ability to analyze, diagnose, and propose concrete improvements
• Rigorous, results-oriented, autonomous, and able to work in a team
