HVAC Back Office Project Engineer

To cope with the growth of our activity, we are looking for an HVAC back-office project engineer, with several years' experience in a design office, capable of carrying out HVAC renovation projects for existing tertiary buildings. Organized and rigorous, this HVAC project engineer will be a structuring element for the improvement of our tools (calculation tools, improvement and updating of our standard specifications, etc.).

• You take charge of carrying out studies for the renovation of HVAC installations in existing buildings (feasibility study, specifications, call for tenders, site monitoring, acceptance) under the supervision of a Senior Project Manager and with the collaboration of a designer
• You are a driving force for improving our engineering tools (calculation tools, improving and updating our standard specifications, etc.)
• You participate in the commissioning of HVAC renovation project installations (the installations we design, we assume them over the long term, in particular through performance contracts with certain customers)
• You are ready to travel to France and Luxembourg for up to 5 days per month
