HVAC Project Manager

To cope with the growth of our activity, we are looking for an HVAC project manager with several years of experience in the field of maintenance of technical installations capable of carrying out HVAC renovation projects for existing tertiary buildings.

• You identify the HVAC renovations to be carried out as well as the regulation optimizations to be carried out, in collaboration with the "Project" department and the "Energy" department
• You ensure project management of projects as well as customer relations
• You take charge of carrying out studies for the renovation of HVAC installations (specifications, call for tenders, site monitoring, acceptance)
• You participate in the commissioning of HVAC renovation project installations (the installations we design, we assume them over the long term, in particular through performance contracts with certain customers)
