Maintenance Controller / HVAC Project Engineer

To cope with the growth of our activity, we are looking for a maintenance controller, with several years of experience in the field of technical installation maintenance (Area Manager, Field Manager, etc.), capable of carrying out projects HVAC renovation of existing tertiary buildings.

• You visit tertiary buildings to control the maintenance of technical equipment and draw up a maintenance control report
• You dialogue with the customer and the operator to ensure that the comments are lifted
• You identify the HVAC renovations to be carried out as well as the regulation optimizations to be carried out, in collaboration with the "Project" department and the "Energy" department
• You take charge of carrying out studies for the renovation of HVAC installations (specifications, call for tenders, site monitoring, acceptance)
• You participate in the commissioning of HVAC renovation project installations (the installations we design, we assume them over the long term, in particular through performance contracts with certain customers)
• You are ready to travel to Luxembourg for up to 5 days per month
