Our mission began with an energy audit of the shopping center coupled with an inventory of the technical installations with the aim of arriving at a multi-annual short, medium and long-term investment plan covering expected energy expenditure and savings. We then wrote the technical maintenance clauses so as to bring the site's maintenance market back into competition, by including energy performance clauses. We continued with the installation of the missing energy meters so as to be able to implement energy billing for the entire site. We then supervised the renovation of special techniques to implement the multi-year investment plan.
