Foyer du Sud – Renovation of 5 collective boiler rooms

Deplasse & Associés won the call for tender launched by the Foyer du Sud for the renovation of the boiler room of 5 social housing buildings. The presence of an Energy Manager in the ranks of the Foyer du Sud made it possible, from the start of the project, to integrate the contracting authority in the strategic decisions related to the project. The new facilities are intended to be simple in design, easy to maintain and efficient from an energy point of view.
