The mission began with technical assistance to solve thermal discomfort problems. After analyzing the energy consumption, it seemed to us that it was abnormally high for a recently renovated building. We therefore offered the client a regulation optimization mission in the form of a “No Cure No Pay” Energy Performance Contract for a period of 1 year. Our remuneration is therefore directly linked to the savings achieved by the actions to optimize the regulation of technical installations.
