UGC – Control of the maintenance of technical installations

For more than 10 years, we have been monitoring the maintenance of the technical installations of several UGC cinemas in Belgium. During various annual visits, we take a critical look at the work of the technical operator on site, in order to ensure that these technical installations are well maintained and that their operating conditions are optimal. We are also sensitive to the rational use of energy and therefore offer certain adjustments to the installations likely to reduce energy consumption, while guaranteeing comfort. We also help the owner to put the maintenance market back into competition via an inventory of technical installations, the writing of technical maintenance clauses and a call for tenders from bidders.
